Referral Program Terms

By participating in the ShipMarvel Referral Program (“Referral Program”), you agree to be bound by these Referral Program Terms (“Terms”). These Terms supplement the ShipMarvel Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the ShipMarvel Terms of Use with respect to the Referral Program, these Terms shall prevail.

1. Program Overview

Eligible ShipMarvel users (the “Referrer”) may refer new sellers (the “Referred Seller”) to ShipMarvel using their personal referral links.

In return, the Referrer may receive:

  • 30 label credits after the Referred Seller registers through the Referrer’s referral link;
  • an additional 300 label credits after the Referred Seller completes their first eligible shipment using ShipMarvel Freight.

2. Eligibility for Valid Referrals

To qualify as a valid referral:

  • the Referred Seller must be a new ShipMarvel user;
  • the Referred Seller must register through a valid referral link;
  • the Referred Seller must pass ShipMarvel’s eligibility review;
  • the referral must not be a self-referral, duplicate account, fraudulent account or an account created primarily to obtain referral rewards.

ShipMarvel reserves the right to review or reject referrals where the Referrer and the Referred Seller share the same or substantially similar company name, email address, phone number, payment account or other account information.

3. Registration Reward

The Referrer will receive 30 label credits after the Referred Seller registers through the referral link and completes email verification.

4. First Shipment Reward

The Referrer will receive an additional 300 label credits after the Referred Seller completes their first eligible shipment.

An eligible shipment must:

  • use ShipMarvel Freight services;
  • be successfully dispatched and manifested, where applicable;
  • not be created using a BYO carrier account;
  • not be cancelled, refunded or deleted;
  • not be a test, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise abnormal shipment.

Each Referred Seller may trigger only one first eligible shipment reward.

5. Eligibility Review and Approval

All referral rewards are subject to eligibility checks and approval before rewarded credits are released.

ShipMarvel may apply a review period before issuing rewards. ShipMarvel may delay, reject or withhold rewards if additional review is required.

6. Referral Links

Each eligible ShipMarvel account may be provided with a personal referral link.

Referral links may be shared with multiple potential sellers, but a referral will be considered valid only if the Referred Seller registers through that referral link and meets all eligibility requirements.

ShipMarvel is not responsible if a Referred Seller fails to use the referral link correctly, uses another referral link, or registers without using a referral link.

7. Label Credit

Referral rewards are issued as ShipMarvel label credits.

Referral label credits:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • are non-transferable;
  • may only be used within ShipMarvel;
  • may be subject to expiry or usage conditions if confirmed by ShipMarvel.

8. Rejection and Reversal of Rewards

ShipMarvel may reject, withhold or reverse referral rewards if:

  • the referral does not meet the eligibility requirements;
  • the Referred Seller is not a genuine new user;
  • the referral involves duplicate accounts, false information, misuse or fraud;
  • the qualifying shipment is cancelled, refunded, deleted or otherwise ineligible;
  • the shipment was created using a BYO carrier account;
  • the reward was issued due to a technical, system or administrative error;
  • Any other circumstance that, in ShipMarvel’s reasonable discretion, decides rejection or reversal. For any question regarding the rejection and reversal, please contact support@eiz.com.au.

9. Privacy and Account Review

ShipMarvel may access and use account and transaction information to administer the Referral Program, verify eligibility, prevent misuse, and measure program performance.

This may include reviewing company name, email address, phone number, payment account, registration details, shipment activity label credit transactions, and other information as ShipMarvel consider necessary.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the ShipMarvel Privacy Policy.

10. Program Modifications and Termination

ShipMarvel may modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program by providing reasonable notice where appropriate. Changes may include reward amounts, eligibility requirements, review periods, limits or eligible shipment rules, etc. Terms of the Referral Program may also be updated periodically.

Continued participation after the program changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms form an integral part of the ShipMarvel Terms of Use. Participation in the program is also subject to the ShipMarvel Terms of Use. Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the ShipMarvel Terms of Use.
